Client Requirements Recommended Browser COMTrac central recommends using Internet Explorer 5.5 or later on a Microsoft Windows operating system. Application resolution Application is designed for viewing formats 800 x 600 resolution and higher. However, your most optimal screen resolution is 1024 x 768 for maximized view and productivity. Pop-up blockers Ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled for the COMTrac central site. This could otherwise interfere with the launching of the application window.
